Income Verification – Proof of steady income or support to confirm payment reliability.
Resident Interview – Personal or virtual interview assessing compatibility, cleanliness, and reliability.
Eligibility – Only adults capable of full self-care; no residents requiring assisted living or medical support.
Resident Responsibilities
All residents sign a Trusted Living Agreement and agree to:
Keep the property clean and well-maintained
Pay rent and shared utilities on time
Follow house rules and quiet hours
Participate in inspections and check-ins
Respect other residents and neighbors
We don’t “Place and Disappear”
Our team provides continuous management and communication with landlords:
